I swear the most common challenge I’ve seen in 15 years of coaching is how damn hard we all are on ourselves. It shows up differently for everyone, but the bottom line is the same—we’re all way too good at beating ourselves up.
Mindset is a Muscle is my place to get real about what I’ve learned as a professional coach, a mid-lifer, and a mom who’s a little quirky, who loves a deep conversation, and doesn’t mind dropping an F-bomb.
I coach people all over the world, and I’m here to share practical tools, strategies, and processes that actually work.
